Eligibility and Acceptance

By downloading, accessing, or using TidyBot: AI Storage Cleanup or this website, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app or website.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service is lawful in your location and that you have the authority to accept these Terms.

The Service

TidyBot helps you review and manage iPhone storage by identifying potential cleanup opportunities such as duplicate or similar media, blurry photos, large videos, old reminders, calendar clutter, and duplicate contacts.

The Service is designed to assist your review. You remain responsible for confirming any deletion, compression, organization, hiding, or other action before it is completed.

Permissions and Your Content

Certain features require permissions to access photos, videos, contacts, reminders, calendars, camera, or other device data. You can enable or disable these permissions through your device settings.

You keep ownership of your content. You grant us only the limited rights needed to operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Service, subject to our Privacy Policy.

Subscriptions and Purchases

TidyBot may offer free features, premium subscriptions, trials, promotional access, and one-time purchases such as lifetime access. Available plans, pricing, and feature access may vary by region, platform, and time.

Purchases made through the App Store are billed by Apple. Subscription renewal, cancellation, refund eligibility, and payment management are handled through your Apple ID and Apple's App Store terms. Cancelling a subscription prevents future renewals but does not automatically refund past charges.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, bypass technical protections, reverse engineer the app except where allowed by law, use the Service for unlawful purposes, or upload or process content that violates the rights of others.

We may suspend or restrict access if we believe use of the Service creates risk, violates these Terms, violates law, or harms other users, the Service, or our partners.

Accuracy and No Backup Guarantee

TidyBot uses automated and user-controlled tools to surface cleanup suggestions. Results may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your specific needs.

The Service is not a backup product. Before deleting, compressing, or organizing important files, you should confirm that you have any backup or copy you need. We are not responsible for content you choose to delete, modify, hide, or organize through the Service.

Third-Party Services

The Service may rely on third-party platforms and service providers, including Apple services, analytics, diagnostics, payment infrastructure, cloud providers, and other operational tools. Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and policies.

Intellectual Property

The app, website, trademarks, logos, graphics, text, software, and other materials are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the Service.

You may not copy, distribute, modify, sell, lease, or create derivative works from the Service except as expressly permitted by these Terms or applicable law.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

We do not guarantee that the Service will identify every cleanup opportunity, preserve every item you intend to keep, or meet every storage management need.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, content, profits, revenue, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from or related to your use of the Service.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability will be limited to the amount you paid for the Service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or the minimum amount required by applicable law.

Changes to the Service or Terms

We may update, suspend, discontinue, or change parts of the Service at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted, unless a later date is stated.

Your continued use of the Service after updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the Company, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where consumer protection laws in your location require otherwise.
